Senduran (Sendu) Kandavanam is a strategy and operations leader currently leading enterprise-wide Strategy & Insights at Australia Post. He has previously held leadership roles at Fortune 500 organisations including Amazon, John Deere, and Tata Motors, with extensive experience across logistics, e-commerce, and business transformation.

He is also the Founder of Aura Ceylon, a producer of premium organic beverages sourced from Sri Lanka. Sendu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Queensland. Passionate about strengthening Australia–Sri Lanka business and cultural ties, he actively contributes to community and diaspora initiatives in Melbourne.
